Donations to NGOs / Campaigns listed on mission rural can only be made online (through UPI, debit card, credit card, Net Banking). We do not accept donations in cash.
At Mission Rural, we respect your privacy and offer the option to donate anonymously. Simply check the ‘Mark the donation as anonymous’ box during your transaction, and your personal details won’t be displayed on the list of donors for the project or campaign. Rest assured, we’ll securely maintain the record of your contribution in our database to meet regulatory standards.
Yes, all online transactions on mission rural are secure.Our payment processing partner Razorpay have been certified to PCI DSS and encrypts all information you share using checkout via TLS, ensuring the utmost security and reliability for your transactions.

For NGO's
Starting a campaign on Mission Rural is a hassle-free and simple process. On our home page top right, click on Start A Campaign and choose your cause and enter the required details. We will review your information and on board your campaign.
Once your donation is made on Mission Rural, it’s non-refundable. However, if you’ve been charged more than once, you’ll receive a refund for the duplicate charge. For further assistance, please contact us at [email protected] .
“Non-profit organizations can start their onboarding process by sending an email to us at [email protected]. Please include a copy of your valid Registration Certificate/Trust Deed, 12A Certificate, and PAN card for confirmation. Our team will promptly assist you with the necessary steps.
At Mission Rural, we reserve the right to remove or suspend projects from an organization’s profile in the following circumstances:
- Â Â Violation of the accepted terms and conditions of the platform.
- Â Â Any Suspected fraudulent activity.
